All products must be paid for in full, including postage, before they will be dispatched. Products ordered before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding public holidays and weekends), products ordered after 3:00pm will be dispatched the next day.
LAYBY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All laybys must have a minimum 10% deposit. All laybys must be completed within 6 weeks. Contact us on (07) 49923108 for extenuating circumstances.
RETURNS POLICY
If the product you ordered is the wrong size, it can be returned for either an exchange of size or a store credit. We do not refund on incorrectly sized items. If you are unsure on size when ordering, please feel free to contact us as we are only too happy to help. All postage on return and exchange items to be paid by the customer.
