The Roundyard Returns Policy applies to all purchases made in store at Biloela or online at https://www.roundyard.com.au/ For your convenience purchased products may be exchanged or returned in person or via post. We prefer that contact is made proir to returning the item, either via phone or email – sales@roundyard.com.au

We are able to offer a refund if the garment is subject to faulty workmanship only. Please contact us if you believe your product to be faulty. If the return is a change of mind, we offer a store credit or an exchange for a different item.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Please ensure the goods are returned to us with tracking by either a signature on delivery or a tracked satchel. No responsibility will be taken for items sent outside these guidelines. All garments returned MUST comply with the following requirements:

  • Be in original condition. Not worn, smelling of perfumes or personal products, cigarette smoke, be soiled or damaged. If the items are not returned in a saleable condition, then they are no longer eligible for a store credit or exchange.
  • The goods must be returned to us able to be re-sold as new items – please consider this before returning the item/s to us.
  • Original tags, stickers and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • Footwear should be returned unmarked and in original condition with labels and tags including protective packaging
  • Boots that are returned without packaging to protect the boot box will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer
  • The return must be sought within 30 days
  • We reserve the right to adjust your return preferences if your return arrives in a condition that does not meet our returns policy. In this case, the item/s will be retuned at your expense.

RETURNS POLICY

As stated above, if the product you ordered is the wrong size, it can be returned for either an exchange of size or a store credit. We do not refund on incorrectly sized items. If you are unsure on size when ordering, please feel free to contact us as we are only too happy to help. All postage on return and exchange items to be paid by the customer. CHANGE OF MIND
If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, Roundyard may offer you an exchange or store credit provided that the merchandise:
  • is in saleable condition
  • is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
  • is not subject to the exclusions listed above
  • and the exchange is sought within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item being returned for exchange is not a sale item.
STORE CREDIT
If you can’t find anything to exchange for at this particular time, that’s no problem, your store credit will remain on the system until you do.
 
RETURN POSTAGE
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Roundyard, 74 Callide Street, Biloela, QLD, 4715You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit will only be issued for the returned item – not the shipping costs. In the event of an exchange – you are also responsible for those shipping costs.

Clearance/Sale Products

These products are non returnable excepting Faulty or Incorrectly received products. No refunds will be given for change of mind or incorrect size ordered.
